Biography
Gris Arellano-Ramirez is responsible for overseeing the administrative and programmatic components, including the supervision of the administrative department for the new Center for Human Development and the proposed HDP Graduate Program. Gris has worked in the student services arena at UCSD since 1990. She started her career in the Biology Department, and worked as the Graduate Coordinator for the Cognitive Science Department.

Alia Welch Partida

Biography
Alia Welch Partida is responsible for all programmatic, administrative and advising components of the Human Development Program. An alumna of UCSD, Alia spent her first four years after graduation at the UC-wide Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation, where she ran a graduate fellowship and internship program. Alia is the primary HDP academic advisor and can assist with any questions about the program.

Biography

Christina Knerr, an alumna of UCSD, is responsible for all programmatic, administrative & advising aspects of the Human Development Program's course in field research (HDP 191). She maintains an excellent relationship with more than 50 field research sites throughout San Diego & also provides academic and career advising to undergraduate students majoring in Human Development. Christina can assist with any questions regarding HDP 191 or the Human Development Program.
