Basic Information

Description of the Organization Responsibilities

Provide Occupational Therapy & Physical Therapy services to children from birth to 18 years as well as some adults with muscle disease. We address motor skills, self help skills, feeding, sensory processing and orthopedic injuries. Childrens' diagnoses include: Autism, Down's Syndrome & various developmental delays.

Age(s) of Participants

0 to 18 years old and some adults.

Research Availability

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Dress Code

Type of dress must be suitable to a professional environment; neat, clean, and in good repair.  No open-toed shoes.

Testing Requirements

A letter of clearance from the HDP Field Research Coordinator (Christina Knerr), a TB test, a background check, a signed Clinical Affiliation Agreement, a drug screen, and immunization records (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B).  You will also need to respect patient confidentiality at all times.
